Karen Davies Mold Winter Village
Inside it's nice and warm, outside it's getting darker earlier, it's getting colder, winter is starting but that also means Christmas is coming again. Make your own Christmas town/winter town with this mould from Karen Davies. You can make a city out of biscuit dough, but you can also fill the mould with marzipan or fondant to use the figures as decoration on, for example, a cake. The mould contains two sizes of Christmas trees, a snowman, a church and four different types of houses. To make a winter creation complete, you can decorate it with other winter decorations.

How to use
Wash and dry the mould well. Knead your marzipan or fondant (possibly with tylo powder to make it more malleable) well ear. Make a ball of your marzipan or fondant and press it into the figure, from the inside out. Carefully remove the figure from the mould and the tasting and/or decorating can begin. If necessary, you can powder the mould with maïzena, to get the figure out of the mould better.
