Make beautiful roses for decorating a wedding cake easily with this handy mould from Karen Davies. The mould contains 6 different sizes of ruffled roses and 2 sizes of petals.

Use instructions: Wash and dry the mould well before use. Knead your marzipan or fondant well. If necessary, mix the fondant with some tylo powder. Make a ball and press the marzipan or fondant well into the mould from the inside to the outside. Then remove the mould from the mould. If necessary, powder the mould beforehand with some maïzena to get the fondant/marzipan out of the mould easily.

This Karen Davies mould is dishwasher safe.
