Recipe for a cake with Ø 26-28 cm
500 g Red Velvet mix, 100 ml vegetable oil, 3 eggs size M (150g) and 200 ml water.
With this mix, you can make a delicious piece of cake yourself.

Procedure
1. Bring all ingredients to room temperature.
2. Preheat the oven to 175°C (hot air oven 160°C).
3. Combine the mix, eggs, vegetable oil and water in a bowl. Mix the batter in for 6-8 minutes until fluffy.
4. Fill a greased baking tin (1/2 to 2/3 full) and bake the cake in the oven for ± 35 minutes.
Tip: Fill/garnish with buttercream or cream cheese icing.
