Recipe for a Red Velvet cake Ø 26 - 28 cm
500g BrandNewCake Red Velvet Cake mix, 200ml water, 100g vegetable oil, 3 eggs size M (150g).
Procedure
1. Bring all ingredients to room temperature.
2. Preheat the oven to 175°C (hot-air oven 160°C).
3. Mix the mix, eggs, oil and water to a smooth batter in 6 minutes.
4. Pour the batter into a greased 25cm diameter baking tin.
5. Bake the cake in the middle of the preheated oven (35-40 minutes) until done.
