Recipe for 1 Red Velvet Cake of Ø18-20cm
Ingredients:
-400g BrandNewCake Red Velvet Cake Mix
-140g soft butter
-200g eggs (approx. 3-4 pieces)
Kitchen utensils: hand mixer, bowl and a baking tin of approx.
Ø18-20 cm.
*Want a lactose-free recipe? Then add 140g vegetable
oil instead of butter.
Preparation:
1.
Preheat the oven to 170°C (hot-air oven
160°C) and grease the baking tin.
2.
Place the mix in a bowl and add the softened butter and
the eggs.
3.
Mix the mixture on medium-high speed for
about 5 minutes.
4.
Pour the batter into the greased baking tin.
5.
Bake for 35-40 minutes until done.

fatty acids (E475), mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471); cocoa powder;
