With the BrandNewCake Red Velvet Cake mix 2.5kg. Gluten-free, you will put a delicious red velvet cake on the table that is not only delicious, but also gluten-free. With this mix you get a delectable base, which you can then fill, icing and topping completely as you wish.

Recipe for 1 Red Velvet Cake of Ø18-20cm
Ingredients:
-400g BrandNewCake Red Velvet Cake Mix
-140g soft butter
-200g eggs (approx. 3-4 pieces)

Kitchen utensils: hand mixer, bowl and a baking tin of approx. Ø18-20 cm.

*Want a lactose-free recipe? Then add 140g vegetable oil instead of butter.

Preparation:

1.        Preheat the oven to 170°C (hot-air oven 160°C) and grease the baking tin.

2.        Place the mix in a bowl and add the softened butter and the eggs.

3.        Mix the mixture on medium-high speed for about 5 minutes.

4.        Pour the batter into the greased baking tin.

5.        Bake for 35-40 minutes until done.

Ingredients: sugar, rice flour, corn starch, humectant: sorbitol (E420); emulsifiers: polyglycerol ester of fatty acids (E475), mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471); cocoa powder; rice starch, raising agents: diphosphates (E450), sodium carbonates (E500); acidity regulator: glucono delta-lactone (E575); thickener: guar gum (E412), carboxymethylcellulose (E466); salt, colour: carminic acid (E120).
