The BrandNewCake Mirror Glaze is ideal for bavarois, cake, fondant, fruit and has a delicious chocolate flavour! It gives a beautiful effect to all your homemade cakes. For an even more beautiful result, mix several colours of mirror glaze together for a marble effect. You can also colour these glazes with food colouring.
How to use:
You can use this mirror glaze cold. Stir the glaze briefly and then brush it over your desserts and cakes.
Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, water, skimmed cocoa powder, modified starch (maize), colouring agent: E150a, acidity regulator: E270, flavouring, preservative: E202. May contain traces of: gluten, soya, nuts and sulphide
