Using BrandNewCake Crème Chantilly (Whipped Foam):
Crème Chantilly (cremess superior) is ideal for filling, glazing and decorating cakes. The whipped foam can also be easily made into a crème suisse. Crème chantilly or simply cream is often seen as the counterpart to buttercream. Crème Chantilly is a bit airier and less fatty than butter cream. In addition, this cream it (unlike butter cream) snow-white in colour. Due to all these properties, many people often use Crème Chantilly as an alternative to butter cream.
Recipe
150 grams Brand New Cake Crème Chantilly, 100 grams semi-skimmed milk, 100 grams water.
Procedure
Mix all the ingredients for 3 minutes with a whisk.
Add a flavour of your choice to the Crème, such as: chocolate, vanilla or strawberry. Moreover, you can also colour the cream completely as you wish with a food colouring gel in a colour of your choice.Ingredients
