This delectable extremely white cream is not only very tasty but also deliciously airy, yet creamy in flavour. The Creme Chantilly is easy is use, you just need to add milk and water. In addition, the mix has a long shelf life, so you always have a tasty alternative to whipped cream with sugar and vanilla flavour at home!
Using Brand New Cake Creme Chatilly
You can use Creme Chantilly (cremess superior) to fill, glaze and decorate cakes. The cream is also sometimes seen as the counterpart of buttercream, only buttercream is much more yellow in colour. In fact, Creme Chantillly is snow-white.
Recipe
100g Creme Chantilly mix, 66.5g semi-skimmed milk and 66.5g/ml water.
Work method
- Mix all three ingredients together.
- Whip this together for three minutes until nice and fluffy.
- If you want a delicious flavour or colour to the cream, you can now add some flavourings or colourings to it. Then spat this in well.
