BrandNewCake Carrot Cake/Carrot Cake mix 500g
Don't like carrots? Then you probably haven't tasted this carrot cake/carrot cake yet! With this mix from Brand New Cake, you will make a delectable carrot cake. In a carrot cake, the carrots are mixed with the batter. The hard stucture of the carrot disappears through the baking process, giving the cake a deliciously soft and dense texture. The cake is also heavenly when combined with cream cheese or a layer of glaze with lemon or lime for a nice fresh bite.

Recipe for a cake Ø 20-22 cm
500g carrot cake mix, 215ml water, 22g vegetable oil, 125g grated carrot.
Procedure
1. Bring all products to room temperature.
2. Preheat the oven to 175°C (hot-air oven 160°C).
3. Mix all ingredients together. Add chopped walnuts (25 g) and/or soaked sultanas (40 g) as desired. Mix the batter gently for five minutes.
4. Line a Ø 20 - 22 cm baking tin with baking paper and grease the edges with Brand New Cake baking spray.
5. Pour the mixture into the baking tin and bake the cake in the middle of the oven for about 50-60 minutes until golden.
