Fill the mould with a delicious chocolate mousse, candied cherries, chocolate cremeux, chocolate sponge cake and a crispy layer for the ultimate taste experience. Complete the cake with covering jelly, souplesse or any other topping.

The cherry mould comes out best by first freezing it (with contents) and then turning it inside out.

Dinara Kasto (b. 1988) is a Ukrainian baker, former trained architect and media personality known for her use of 3D printers in baking cakes. Using the insights and inspiration from architecture, she creates beautiful, complex and geometric silicone baking moulds.
