sugar, TARWEFLOWER, TARWE SWEAT flour, cocoa powder (skimmed), emulsifiers (E472b; E477), GEREMOUT, glucose syrup (dried), raising agents (E500; E450), MILKPOEDER (MAGERE), sugar (roasted), thickener (E415).

Recipe for a Ø 20cm biscuit
250g chocolate biscuit mix, 150g egg (about 3 pieces), 55ml water.
Procedure
1. Bring all ingredients to room temperature.
2. Preheat the oven to 180°C (hot-air oven 160°C).
3. Mix the mix, eggs and water in a bowl. Beat for 7-8 minutes on the highest setting, then 2-3 minutes on low speed.
4. Fill a greased baking tin (1/2 to 2/3 full) and bake the sponge cake in the oven for ± 25 minutes until done. Do not open the oven in between! The biscuit is ready when it feels springy to the touch.
5. Immediately after baking, remove from the baking tin and allow to evaporate on a wire rack.
