Create a beautiful three-dimensional artichoke with this mould designed by Dinara Kasko. The mould is made in such a way that you can fill it up in layers perfectly. You can fill the mould first with a delicious mousse, then with a delicious cream, then with a sponge cake and crispy bottom layer for a delectable end result. Moreover, you can fill and decorate the mould as you wish for a stunning result.  

The contents of the mould are best removed from the mould by freezing it first. This way, the cake and/or mousse will stay in shape perfectly. 

About Dinara Kasko
Dinara Kasto (1988) is a Ukrainian baker, former trained architect and media personality known for her use of 3D printers in baking cakes. Using the insights and inspiration from architecture, she creates beautiful, complex and geometric silicone baking moulds.
