    Ingredients

    Base mixture: wheat flour, sugar, table salt, caramel powder (caramel, maltodextrin), natural flavouring. 36% cream powder: sugar, maltodextrin, modified starch, citric acid acidifier. 8.3% strawberry sauce powder: sugar, modified starch, 0.7% strawberry purée, maltodextrin, citric acid acidifier, natural flavouring, beetroot juice concentrate colouring.

    With the RUF New York Style Cheesecake Strawberry Baking Mix, you can make a true classic of American cake culture without any baking. The creamy cream cheese filling impresses with its velvety texture and fresh flavour, while the fruity strawberry sauce provides a harmonious complement. The combination of a delicate base, light cream and fruity topping gives the cheesecake its typical character and appealing appearance.

    Ideal as a dessert, for coffee and cake or special occasions, the Strawberry Cheesecake delights with its balanced combination of creamy filling and fruity components. The baking mix provides a reliable basis for a firm cake with authentic New York style flair. A vegan version is also possible by replacing the specified ingredients with plant-based alternatives.

    Preparation

    1. Prepare the base: Line a springform pan (Ø 26 cm) with baking paper. Mix the soft butter and water with the base mixture to form crumbs. Place in the pan, smooth out and press down firmly.
    2. Prepare the cream: Beat the cream cheese, whipped cream and cream powder first on a low setting, then on the highest setting for at least 1 minute until the mixture becomes firm. Spread the cream evenly over the base.
    3. Chill and serve: Chill the cake for at least 1 hour. Carefully remove the springform pan. Mix the strawberry sauce mixture with water and spread decoratively over the cake.
