    RUF Landlust Bienenstich 395 g

    With the RUF Landlust Bienenstich baking mix, you can create a traditional classic with a special moment of indulgence. Light sponge cake meets delicate vanilla cream and is topped with a crunchy, caramelised almond topping. Refined with real bourbon vanilla and a delicious Florentine mix, the result is a harmonious combination of fluffy base, creamy filling and crispy topping. Developed in cooperation with Landlust, this baking mix stands for authentic recipe ideas and proven quality.

    Whether for family celebrations, special occasions or as a sweet treat in between meals, the Bienenstich cake impresses with its balanced flavour and attractive layering. The almond topping is pre-cut before being placed on top so that neat pieces can be served after cooling. An accompanying recipe booklet with 10 additional ideas provides further inspiration for creative baking moments.

    Preparation Preheat
    the oven: 170 °C top/bottom heat, 160 °C fan oven

    Dough and almond topping: Mix
    the baking mix with softened butter or margarine and eggs and beat until fluffy. Pour into a springform pan (Ø 26 cm), sprinkle with the almond mixture and bake for approx. 20 minutes. Remove the rim, allow to cool and cut horizontally. Pre-cut the almond topping into 12 pieces.

    Cream and finishing: Whip
    the cold whipping cream, milk and cream powder until stiff, spread on the base and place the pre-cut almond topping on top. Chill for at least 2 hours, then remove from the ring and serve.
