    Ingredients

    Sugar, wheat flour, starch (including wheat), emulsifiers (E 475, E 471), baking powder (acidifier diphosphates, raising agent sodium hydrogen carbonate), table salt, flavouring. Cream powder: sugar, maltodextrin, gelatine, modified starch, acidifier citric acid, natural flavouring.

    With the RUF Cheese Cream Cake Baking Mix, you can make a popular classic cake with a pleasantly fresh note. The finely balanced recipe ensures a creamy, stable filling with a balanced sweetness and airy texture. Combined with juicy mandarins, this creates a fruity component that not only gives the cake a fresh taste, but also an attractive appearance. After cooling, the cake remains firm and impresses with its harmonious consistency.

    Ideal for family celebrations, holidays or special occasions: this cheese and cream cake delights with its creamy texture and fruity aroma. The baking mix provides a reliable basis for classic preparations and can be individually refined with additional fruits or decorative accents. A practical solution for anyone who wants to easily make a traditional favourite cake.

    Preparation

    Preparation temperature

    • Top/bottom heat: approx. 175 °C
    • Fan oven: approx. 160 °C
    • Baking time: approx. 25 minutes
    1. Prepare the dough: Put the baking mix, eggs and milk in a mixing bowl and stir until creamy, first on a low setting, then on the highest setting for approx. 4 minutes.
    2. Baking: Pour the batter into a springform pan (Ø 26 cm) lined with baking paper, smooth it out and bake on the middle shelf. Then leave to cool.
    3. Filling and cooling: Drain the mandarins. Cut the base in half. Place the bottom half on a cake plate and surround with a cake ring. Whip the cream until stiff. Mix the cream powder with water, stir in the quark and fold in the cream. Spread a little cream on the base, arrange the mandarins on top, spread the remaining cream on top, place the second base on top and smooth. Decorate with mandarins and chill for at least 2 hours. Remove the ring and smooth the edge.
