High-quality long-life whipping cream from the Frischli brand. This whipped cream has optimal whipping properties and the best flavour (full, round and creamy) with a fat percentage of 35.01%. The whipped cream is perfect for making a delicious whipped cake, chocolate truffles, desserts, ganache or other delectably creamy dishes from or with.
Procedure
Chill the whipped cream in the fridge for 24 hours before whipping,. If you wish to add sweetener to the whipped cream, do so only when the cream is thickly liquid.
After opening, store refrigerated at +2°C to +6°C and consume within 2-3 days.
