Hard pink rolling fondant for covering cakes and forming decorations.

Procedure: knead well before use, this makes the fondant softer and easier to work with. When this fondant is used to cover a cake, first coat the cake with a thin layer of butter crème or the like. This ensures that the fondant sticks well but because of the thin layer it does not melt.
