Brown rolling fondant for topping cakes and forming decorations.

Procedure: knead well before use to make the fondant softer and easier to work with. When this fondant is used to cover a cake, first coat the cake with a thin layer of butter cream or the like. This ensures that the fondant sticks well but because of the thin layer it does not melt.

Method of use: knead well before use.
