This Sky Blue ProGel from Rainbow Dust is the way to go for food colouring. Due to its high concentration, a small amount of colouring gel is enough to give a rich, deep colour to your baking. Use this colouring gel in combination with fondant, marzipan or a sponge cake mix.

How to use
Add a small amount of colouring gel to your chosen product, such as fondant, and knead until the colour has fully blended. If the colour is too light, another drop of extra dye can be added to the mixture. Once your desired colour has been created, the product is ready to use.
