Rainbow Dust Colouring Gel Grey
This grey-coloured ProGel from Rainbow Dust is the way to go for food colouring. Due to its high concentration, a small amount of colouring gel is enough to give a rich, deep colour to your baking. Use this colouring gel in combination with fondant, marzipan and sponge cake mixes, among others. In no time, you will have these products in the desired colour!

How to use
Add a small amount of food colouring gel to your chosen product, such as fondant, and knead until the colour has fully blended. If the colour is too light, another drop of extra dye can be added to the mixture. Once your desired colour has been created, the product is ready to use.

Use 3 grams of ProGel dye to 1 kg, maximum dosage of 5 grams.
