Rainbow Dust Colouring Gel Bright Green
This ProGel from Rainbow Dust is a great way to colour food. Due to its high concentration, a small amount of colouring gel is enough to give a rich, deep colour to your baking. Use this colouring gel in combination with fondant, marzipan and sponge cake mixes, among others.

How to use
Add a small amount of food colouring gel to your chosen product, such as fondant, and knead until the colour has fully blended. If the colour is too light, another drop of extra dye can be added to the mixture. Once your desired colour has been created, the product is ready to use.

Use 3 grams of ProGel dye to 1 kg, maximum dosage of 5 grams.

Ingredients
Moisturiser: E422, water, modified starch (tapioca), dyes: *E102, E133. Warning: *E102 may have a negative effect on activity and attention in children.
