With the Patis Decor Frangipane Mix 300g, you can make a rich almond filling with a full, smooth texture. Mix the mix with 80 g water and 66 g egg (1 large egg). Then add 100 g softened butter and mix until smooth. The frangipane is then ready to use as a filling in, for example, puff pastry, tarts or tartlets.
