    Patis Decor Baking-Stable Dark Chocolate Sticks XXL 200g are extra-wide dark chocolate sticks that remain stable during baking. The pack contains approximately 35 sticks, each about 8 cm long and 2 cm wide.

    These sticks can be used for Viennoiserie such as pain au chocolat and chocolate croissants, where the chocolate remains nicely in the dough without melting completely. The wider format ensures a rich, distinct chocolate layer.

    Ideal for filled rolls, brioche or puff pastry snacks, but also for coffee rolls, plaited pastry or other Viennoiserie with a chocolate filling.
