If you want to make fruit bread that is as fresh as from the bakery, try this Molen de Hoop Fruit Bread Powder. This bread improver is excellent for making filled bread, such as currant/ sultana bread. With this bread improver, the bread does not dry out as quickly and tastes fresh for longer.

5 - 20% of the flour weight.

Wheatgluten, wheatflour, sugar, whey powder (milk), wheatflour (pre-stiffened), dextrose, vegetable oil (rapeseed), vegetable fat (palm), curcuma extract, enzymes (wheat), natural flavouring (orange), natural flavouring (lemon), emulsifier(E471, E482, E472e), flour improver(E300, E920), raising agent(E500), stabiliser(E450), thickener(E412). This product is produced in a facility that also processes gluten-containing cereals, nuts, sesame seeds and milk.
