This flavour paste is baking and freeze-stable, making it great for flavouring ice creams, ice cream and sorbets. You can also use this fruit paste to flavour sponge cakes, puddings and creams, among others. If you have 1 kilogram of this; the recommended dosage is 30 to 60 grams of dessert paste. The jar has a capacity of 1.5 kilograms.
