The Karow Dessert Pasta Cherry 1.5kg is a fruit paste based on cherries and cherry juice concentrate and has a fruit content of about 60%. The dessert paste has a dark, wine-red colour with a syrupy texture. The paste smells like ripe cherries and has a strong, tangy cherry flavour. This dessert paste is perfect for flavouring creams, desserts, cream cakes, ice cream, and filling masses. The dessert paste is bake- and freezer-stable and the jar contains a capacity of 1.5 kilograms. 

Ingredients:sour cherry juice concentrate (45%), sugar, sour cherry (15%), acidity regulator citric acid, natural cherry flavour with other natural flavourings, stabiliser xanthan gum, red fruit concentrate (seringrberry).
