The Karow Dessert Pasta Cassis 1.5kg is an flavoured fruit paste with a delicious blackcurrant flavour. You can use this fruit paste to flavour various delicacies. Suitable for use in creams, cakes or fillings, for example. The dessert paste is bake- and freeze-stable, making it perfect for flavouring ice cream. The flavour paste has a dark red colour and a syrupy structure containing thick blackcurrants. The pack contains 1.5 kg of paste. 

Ingredients:concentrate of blackcurrant juice (35%), sugar, blackcurrants (17%), glucose syrup, acidity regulator citric acid, water.
