This raspberry filling  from Steensma is a bound ready-to-use fruit compound and can be used in and on pastry products. The product is bake-resistant and freezer-proof.

Use advice:
Fruit mass ready-to-use. Can also be combined with whipped cream, creme au beurre, bavaroise, cottage cheese, etc. Despite careful processing, seeds or seed particles may occur in the filling.

Storage advice: store cool and dry. Shelf life (colour) is improved at ±10°C.
