This filling with whole strawberries and beautiful colour from Damco is a bound ready-to-use fruit compound and can be used in and on pastry products. The product is bake-proof and freezer-resistant.

Suggested use:
Plain ready-to-use mass. Can also be combined with whipped cream, creme au beurre, bavaroise, cottage cheese, etc. Despite careful processing, kernels or kernel particles may occur in the filling.
