This filling including raspberry, strawberry and blackberry by Damco is a bound ready-to-use fruit compound and can be used in and on pastry products. The product is bake-proof and freezer-resistant.

Suggested use:
Plain ready-to-use mass. Can also be combined with whipped cream, crème au beurre, bavaroise, cottage cheese, etc. Despite careful processing, seeds or seed particles may occur in the filling.

Storage advice: Store in a cool and dry place. Shelf life (colour) is improved at ±10°C.
