Ellphi Speculaas mix Sugar-free 500g
Speculaas mix from the brand Ellphi. Ellphi is a well-known sugar substitute. With this mix you can make delicious low sugar speculaas in no time.
Procedure for 15 speculoos (a 60g):
-500g Ellphi Speculaas mix
-40g Egg
-150g Butter
-15g Water
Mix all the ingredients together and knead with the hook on position 1 to a smooth and firm dough. Let the dough rest in a cool place for a few hours. Make figures and spread on a baking tray. Bake at 180C for about 20 min.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, Ellphi sugar substitute (insoluble fibre from maize and chicory, sweeteners (isomalt, sucralose)), cinnamon, raising agent (sodium pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, maize starch, monocalcium phosphate, egg white, vanillin), four spices (coriander, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice), natural flavouring, salt. Contains gluten and eggs. May contain traces of milk and nuts.
