Ellphi Cake mix Sugar-free 500g
Cake mix from the brand Ellphi. Ellphi is a well-known sugar substitute. With this mix you can make delicious low sugar cake in no time.
Procedure for 11 cakes (a 100g):
-500g Ellphi Cake mix
-300g Egg
-300g Butter
Soften the butter, add the eggs and cake mix. Whisk together. Fill the moulds (e.g. with a piping bag). Bake at 180C for about 16 minutes.
Ingrediënten: wheat flour, Ellphi sugar substitute (insoluble fibre from maize and chicory, sweeteners (isomalt, sucralose)), raising agents (sodium pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, maize starch, monocalcium phosphate, egg white), vanillin, salt. Contains gluten and eggs. May contain traces of milk and nuts.
