Ellphi Cookie Mix (Sand Dough) Sugar-free 500g
Sand dough biscuit mix from the Ellphi brand. Ellphi is a well-known sugar substitute. With this mix, you can make delicious low sugar biscuits in no time.

Procedure for 9 biscuits (a 80g):
-500g Ellphi biscuit mix
-40g Egg
-205 Butter

Soften the butter, add the eggs and mix. Mix together. Then roll out as desired or place in the moulds and bake at 180C.

Ingrediënten: wheat flour, Ellphi sugar substitute (soluble fibre from maize and chicory, sweeteners (isomalt, sucralose)),  potato starch, salt. Contains gluten. May contain traces of milk and nuts.
