This powdered bread improver from Damco is suitable for preparing all types of fruit bread.

For delicious fruit bread, take 10,000 g patent flour, 800 g yeast, 150 g salt, 2.500 g Damco party bread powder and about 6,000 g water.

For the filling you will need: 10.000 g raisins

Procedure:
Cut                               : approx. 1.400 kneading strokes
Filling                                  : 20 - 25 minutes
Narice                                                      : 220 - 240°C
Baking time                                : 20 - 30 minutes
