Almond paste from Damco/Steensma packed in a handy resealable 2.5kg bucket. Almond paste is widely used in bakeries, for example for filled cakes, slippers, almond rolls, apple pastries, pastry letters and much more.

Use advice: Prepare the almond paste with egg and lemon zest and process further to the final product.

Ingredients: sugar, almonds (NOT), water, preservative (E202), thickener (E415), flavouring.
