    A sour touch and also a very good cocoa flavour, that is Callebaut brand's Ocoa chocolate. Thanks to the new and unique method of fermentation: the Q fermentation, it creates a pure an intense cocoa flavour, also called the "new generation". The cocoa beans come from the Ivory Coast, mainly the Forastero variety. The chocolate is excellent for moulding and dipping. Create new flavour combinations by combining the chocolate with paprika, cinnamon, vanilla, Jamaican pepper, clove, blackcurrant, pear, apricot, caramel, scallop and malt extract. Surprise yourself and your guests by serving a surprising taste sensation every time.
