    Callebaut Chocolate Callets Équateur Pure 76% 1 kg
    Give your chocolates, pralines, chocolate tablets or other chocolate creations intense, long-lasting fruit accents and aromatic wood notes with this special chocolate from the Callebaut brand. This couverture chocolate has a dark colour, with a strong bitter taste. The beans come from Ecuador and the variety is Arriba Nacional. It is chocolate that is easy to melt and therefore excellent for moulding and dipping. Combine the chocolate with vanilla, saffron, banana, sweet wine, maple syrup, hazelnuts, nibs, truffle and sourdough bread and surprise your guests with delicious and unique flavour combinations.
