    Callebaut Chocolate Callets Pure Ecuador (70%) 2.5kg
    Cocoa beans with fantastic sensory properties, this is due to new cultural, fermentation and drying techniques from Ecuadorian farmers. The chocolate has a round and balanced character with hints of rum, whisky and tobacco, this makes for a deliciously luxurious character. Besides the luxurious flavours, these drops also contain coffee, vinegar and exotic- and sour fruit flavours, really everything Latin America has to offer. The chocolate is very delicious to eat on its own but also excellent for making bonbons, pralines, ganache, mousse, sauce and other delectable chocolate creations. Combine the chocolate with paprika, gingerbread, Szechuan pepper, blueberry, passion fruit, orange, mandarin, rum, whisky, white beer, Liège syrup, pecans and  sherry vinegar, for a unique yet delicious flavour experience.
