BULK Isomalt granules 25kg. Isomalt is an extensive sweetener. Extensive sweeteners are slightly less or as sweet as sugar. Isomalt has 50% sweetening power of granulated sugar and is suitable for sugar pouring, pulling, blowing and decorations. Spinning sugar is the same as isomalt.
Our isomalt is very easy to melt in a pan or microwave and comes in a 25kg bag.
Want to colour isomalt? The best way to do so is with these colour powders from BrandNewCake. You make these with small amount of water and at 130C add the colouring. Then boil the isomalt further to 170C. At that temperature, you have the right percentage of moisture in the isomalt for a workpiece that doesn't get sticky.
