Brand New Cake VEGAN Muffin Mix 500g
Delicious fresh muffins, who doesn't love them. With this muffin mix you can make delicious American Style muffins, with the vegan muffins you can vary infinitely with fillings and toppings. Decorate, for example, with a delicious butter cream and fresh fruit.
Requirements for about 24 pieces
500g muffin mix, 150 millilitres vegetable oil, 250 millilitres/gram water.
Method
- Preheat the oven for 10 minutes to 160°C (hot-air oven 145°C).
- Mix the vegan muffin mix, oil and water in a batter bowl to make a smooth batter (do not mix with the mixer and do not beat in air).
- Spoon the batter with two spoons into a well-greased muffin tin (80g per muffin).
- Bake the muffins in the middle of the oven for between 35 and 40 minutes until done. Towards the end of the baking time, prick a muffin with a skewer. If the skewer comes out clean, the muffins are done.
Variation: Mix 40 g VEGAN chocolate into the batter. In this case, extend the baking time by 5 min.
