Requirements for about 12 muffins 
500 grams of chocolate muffin mix, 150 millilitres of vegetable oil, 250 millilitres/grams of water.

Procedure for the Brand New Cake VEGAN Chocolate Muffin Mix

1. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 160°C (hot-air oven 145°C).
2. Mix the vegan chocolate muffin mix, oil and water in a batter bowl to make a smooth batter (do not mix with the mixer and do not whisk in air).
3. Spoon the batter with two spoons into a well-greased muffin tin (80/100gr. per muffin).
4. Bake the muffins in the middle of the oven for between 35 and 40 minutes until done.
   
5. Pick a muffin with a skewer towards the end of the baking time. If the skewer comes out clean, the muffins are done.

Variation: Mix 40 g VEGAN chocolate into the batter. In this case extend the baking time by 5 min.
