Brand New Cake Vegan Brownie mix 500g 
Using this brownie mix from Brand New Cake to make delicious American Style brownies, these vegan brownies are deliciously creamy inside. The brownie mix is vegan. Delicious with fresh vanilla ice cream, caramel sauce or just for coffee.

Requirements for baking tin Ø 25 cm or 20 x 30 cm
500 grams of brownie mix, 100 millilitres of vegetable oil, 250 millilitres/gram of water.

The brownie mix is vegan.

Procedure

1. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes to 160°C (hot-air oven 145°C).
2. Mix the vegan brownie mix, oil and water in a batter bowl to a smooth batter (do not mix with the mixer and do not whisk in air).
3. Pour the batter into a well-greased small baking tin (±25cm) and cover the bottom with baking paper if necessary.
4. Bake the brownie in the middle of the oven for between 30 and 45 minutes.

Variation: Mix 40g of chopped walnuts into the batter. In this case, extend the baking time by 5 min.
