With the BrandNewCake Vanilla Cake Mix 400g. Gluten-free you can make a delectable vanilla cake that is gluten-free. Of course, you can fill or top the cake with a filling or topping of your choice if you wish. This gluten-free vanilla cake tastes really good with a cup of coffee or tea, but you can of course also just snack on it.

Recipe for 1 Vanilla Cake of Ø18-20cm
Requirements:
-400g BrandNewCake Vanilla Cake Mix
-120g soft butter*
-200g eggs (approx. 3-4 pieces)
Kitchen utensils: hand mixer, bowl and a baking tin of approx. Ø18-20
cm.

*Want a lactose-free recipe? Then add 120g of seed oil
instead of butter.
Preparation:
1.
Preheat the oven to 170°C (hot-air oven
160°C) and grease the baking tin.
2.
Place the mix in a bowl and add the softened butter and
the eggs.
3.
Mix the mixture on medium-high speed for
about 5 minutes.
4.
Pour the batter into the greased baking tin.
5.
Bake in 50 minutes until done.
