Recipe for 1 Ø18-20cm Almond Cake
Requirements:
-400g BrandNewCake Almond Cake Mix
-120g soft butter*
-200g eggs (approx. 3-4 pieces)

Kitchen utensils:
hand mixer, bowl and a baking tin of approximately Ø18-20 cm.
*Want a lactose-free recipe? Then add 120g of seed oil
instead of butter
Preparation:
1.
Preheat the oven to 170°C (hot-air oven
160°C) and grease the baking tin.
2.
Place the mix in a bowl and add the softened butter and
the eggs.
3.
Mix the mixture on medium-high speed for
about 5 minutes.
4.
Pour the batter into the greased baking tin.
5 Bake in
50 minutes until done.
