200g pastry cream, 500ml water
Procedure
Mix all ingredients with a whisk for three minutes on high speed. Tip: For a deliciously airy Swiss cream, immediately after whipping the pastry cream, fold 500 ml of whipped cream into the pastry cream.
You can also use milk instead of water to make the pastry cream even richer in flavour.
