Make the most delicious pastry cream with Brand New Cake's mix. Ideal as a filling for a cake or for making pudding rolls. You only need to add water! This pastry cream is bake-proof. This mix is also available in an 800-gram pack.

200g pastry cream mix, 500ml water

Procedure
Mix all ingredients with a whisk for 3 minutes on high speed. Tip: For a deliciously airy Swiss cream, immediately after whipping the pastry cream, spat 500 ml of lumpy whipped cream into the pastry cream. Then leave the cream to set in the fridge for at least half an hour.
Ingredients: Sugar, potato starch (modified), whey powder (milk), vegetable oil and fat (palm and palm kernel), glucose syrup (dried), gelling agent E401, baker's salt, emulsifier E472a, milk protein, colouring agent E160b, aroma. May contain traces of gluten-containing cereals, egg, soya, milk and lupin.
