With the BrandNewCake Hazelnut cake mix 400g. Gluten-free, you can bake a delicious hazelnut cake all by yourself. This gluten-free cake tastes great with a cup of coffee or tea, but of course you can also enjoy it as a snack.

Recipe for 1 Hazelnut cake of Ø18-20cm
Requirements:
-400g BrandNewCake Hazelnut Cake Mix
-150g soft butter*
-150g eggs (approx. 3 pieces)
Kitchen utensils: hand mixer, bowl and a baking tin of approx.
Ø18-20 cm.
*Want a lactose-free recipe? Then add 120g of seed oil
instead of butter.
Preparation:
1.
Preheat the oven to 170°C (hot-air oven
160°C) and grease the baking tin.
2.
Place the mix in a bowl and add the softened butter and
the eggs.
3.
Mix the mixture on medium-high speed for
about 5 minutes.
4.
Pour the batter into the greased baking tin.
5.
Bake in 50 minutes until done.

sweetener: sorbitol (E420); rice starch, emulsifiers: polyglycerol ester of fatty acids (E475), mono-
and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471); raising agents: diphosphates (E450),
