Recipe for 20-24 cupcakes or 1 cake
500g (cup)cake mix, 300g (cream) butter, 5 eggs size M (± 250g)
Procedure for making cupcakes
1. Bring all products to room temperature.
2. Preheat the oven to 180°C (hot-air oven 160°C)
3. Mix the ingredients on low speed for four minutes to form a smooth batter.
4. Divide the paper baking cups into a muffin baking tin and spoon the batter into the cups with an (ice-cream) spoon (fill to about half).
5. Bake the cupcakes in the oven for about 18 - 20 minutes until done.
Procedure for making a cake
1. Preheat the oven to 160°C (hot-air oven 140°C)
2. Grease a 24 cm cake tin or a round baking tin of Ø 20 cm and sprinkle with flour, to make it easier to get the cake out of the tin.
3. Spoon the batter into the mould.
4. Bake the cake for about 60 minutes until golden brown. Then let the cake cool for a few minutes in the tin and then on a wire rack.
