The recipe for muffins with the Brand New Cake Cupcake mix
500g muffin mix, 175g vegetable oil, 150g egg, 100ml water.
The recipe for cupcakes with the Brand New Cake Cupcake mix
500 grams of cupcake mix, 250 grams of egg, 250 grams of butter.
The process for the Brand New Cake Cupcake mix
- Preheat the oven to 175°C (hot air oven 160°C).
- Mix all ingredients for five minutes with a butterfly whisk in first gear of the mixer.
- Spray about 60 grams of batter into a muffin tin or 45 grams of batter into a cupcake tin.
- Bake the cupcakes in 18 - 20 minutes and muffins in 23 - 25 minutes until golden brown and cooked.
- After baking, leave the cupcakes or muffins to cool on a wire rack.

Sugar, wheat flour, potato starch, raising agents (E450; E500), emulsifiers (E481; E472b: E477), salt, glucose syrup (dried), soy flour, thickener (E415), colouring agent (E160a), flavouring. May contain traces of cereals containing gluten, egg, soya, milk and lupin.
