Using Brand New Cake Covering Jelly Super Gloss NeutralThis Brand New Cake Covering Jelly is easy to use and is easy and quick to process. With this jelly you
no water to add and is thus already ready to use.
Heat the jelly gradually to a temperature of 75°C - 90°C. You can heat the jelly over different ways: in the microwave, au bain-marie or in the pan. After heating, you can apply the covering jelly gradually and in two layers. Let it rest for at least 20 seconds between these two layers. You should always apply the jelly with a clean brush.
Please note: when heating the jelly in the pan, use a pan scraper or a wooden spoon, stir the jelly gently, if you stir in air bubbles the jelly will become cloudy.
